Raising the Standard of Neonatal and Pediatric Care
Elevating Quality, Together
Unmatched commitment. Measurable impact.

Hospitals choose Onsite Neonatal Partners for one reason: our unwavering commitment to quality. We reduce risk, improve outcomes for newborns, and create efficient care environments that help NICUs grow and thrive.
What Quality Means at Onsite

Evidence-Based Guidelines
We’ve developed over two dozen Clinical Practice Guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across all our teams. These guidelines are grounded in the latest research and best practices in neonatal care, helping clinicians make informed decisions and deliver high-quality, standardized treatment to every baby, in every hospital.

Continuous Improvement
Our Quality Review (QR) Committee meets monthly to review clinical performance using a systems-based approach. Through peer reviews and key performance indicators, we identify areas for growth, address challenges, and implement targeted changes that continuously raise the standard of care for all participating onsite units.

National Benchmarking
Every Onsite hospital partner is enrolled in the Vermont Oxford Network (VON), the gold standard for NICU benchmarking. We cover the full cost of membership and provide hospitals with access to extensive national data and performance insights. This helps hospitals measure outcomes, compare with peers, and improve care.

We don’t just support quality. We build it into everything we do.
At Onsite, quality isn’t a program. It’s a promise. From clinical excellence to collaborative partnerships, we’re raising the standard—together.
How We Deliver Quality
Quality care. Delivered daily. In every NICU.
Clinical Consistency
We use over two dozen Clinical Practice Guidelines across all sites to promote safe, consistent, evidence-based care. This helps reduce variation in how conditions like respiratory distress and neonatal sepsis are treated.
Vermont Oxford Network
Every partner hospital is a full VON member at no cost. This access to national benchmarking empowers our partners to compare outcomes, monitor performance, & implement changes that measurably improve care.
QR Committee Oversight
Our Quality Review Committee meets monthly to assess real-world clinical data. Using peer evaluation & system-level analysis, we identify trends, celebrate wins, & implement improvements. All Onsite units also engage in quality-focused projects.
Team-Based Care
We don't work in silos. Our teams round daily with OBs, pediatricians, nurses, and ancillary staff to create a unified approach to newborn care. This fosters communication, continuity, and shared ownership of every baby’s journey.
