Premier Clinical Quality
Our commitment to quality is unmatched
Hospitals leaders choose Onsite Neonatal Partners to deliver incredible quality to patients and create value in their nursery. With a constant focus on quality improvement, Onsite reduces risk; as a result,, improves outcomes for newborns, and streamlines patient management.
Onsite Neonatal ensures every hospital partner is a member of the Vermont Oxford Network (VON), creating local and national benchmarks for NICU and WNB performance. We provide ongoing training to our clinicians to ensure the practice of evidence-based medicine, and create trainings specifically designed for neonatal nursing teams. Our teams invest in local relationships and collaborate with ancillary departments to implement multi-disciplinary QI projects.
Our commitment to quality means our hospital partners retain patients and grow market share by creating the safest possible birthing environments.

Clinical Practice Guidelines
To ensure the practice of evidence-based care and promote clinical consistency for each team, Onsite Neonatal has created and implemented the use of over two dozen Clinical Practice Guidelines.
Quality Improvement Committee
Our QI Committee conducts peer reviews monthly on key indicators using a systems approach. Outcomes are monitored for compliance with established evidence-based standards.

Our team, your partners
When you partner with Onsite Neonatal, our team members become your team members, actively working to develop deep relationships and strengthen each unit.

Our expert newborn care team serves our patients AND our hospital partners. Moreover, we actively collaborate with our obstetrical and pediatric colleagues to provide a continuum of care for families. Onsite clinicians also implement practices that encourage the growth and development of hospital teams, including multi-disciplinary rounding and continuing education.
Vermont Oxford Network

Each Onsite Partner hospital is a member of the Vermont Oxford Network (VON), a non-profit, voluntary collaboration of health care professionals from over 1,400 Neonatal Intensive Care Units worldwide.

Together, we are dedicated to improving the quality and safety of medical care for newborn infants and their families. VON maintains a database that includes information about the care and outcomes of high-risk newborn infants for use in quality management, process improvement, internal audit, and peer review.
