Premier Clinical Quality from Onsite Neonatal
Our Commitment to Quality is Unmatched
Onsite Neonatal Partners provides premier neonatal care for critically ill newborns and premature infants across the country. We partner with the most driven, compassionate hospitals to design, implement, and manage neonatology programs that optimize the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of families. Currently serving 17 hospitals in 7 states, the volume of patients and diversity of conditions we see every day bless us with experience that is umatched in the neonatology world. We provide patients and families access to the most advanced evidence based medicine and innovative treatments for critically ill newborns available today.
Our Team, Your Partners
The expertise of our newborn care team serves our patients, AND our hospital partners. Collaboration with our board-certified neonatologists optimizes the skills and rejuvenates the passion of nurses, neonatal nurse practitioners, respiratory care practitioners, lactation consultants, registered dieticians, pediatricians, obstetricians, and more. When we partner with hospitals, we implement practices that encourage the growth and development of hospital teams, including multi-disciplinary rounding, continuing education, bereavement coaching, and so much more.
Clinical Practice Guidelines
To ensure the practice of evidence-based care, and to promote clinical consistency for each team member, Onsite Neonatal has created and implemented the use of numerous Clinical Practice Guidelines.
Quality Improvement Committee
To leverage the insight of 150+ providers, and to ensure best practices are followed, our Quality Improvment Committee consistently monitors clinical outcomes.

Onsite Neonatal & Vermont Oxford Network
Each Onsite Partner Hospital is a member of the Vermont Oxford Network (VON). VON is a non-profit voluntary collaboration of health care professionals from over 1,000 Neonatal Intensive Care Units around the world.
Together, we are dedicated to improving the quality and safety of medical care for newborn infants and their families. VON maintains a database including information about the care and outcomes of high-risk newborn infants for use in quality management, process improvement, internal audit, and peer review.
