As Chief Financial Officer of Onsite Neonatal Partners, Rosemary Bain leads the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and reporting with a focus on long-term stability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. With more than 17 years of healthcare finance experience, she plays a key role in supporting hospital partnerships and ensuring the resources needed to deliver exceptional neonatal care.

Rosemary works closely with leadership teams across the organization to align financial stewardship with Onsite’s mission and strategic goals. Her expertise helps strengthen operations while empowering clinicians to focus on providing high-quality care for newborns and their families.

Rosemary earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Wilmington University. She is also a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) and a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP).

Outside the office, Rosemary enjoys traveling, practicing Pilates, and spending time with her husband and two children. She values the importance of balance in both her personal and professional life and brings that perspective to her leadership approach every day.
