With clinical and leadership experience spanning the United States, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia, he has played an instrumental role in developing neonatal programs and advancing quality initiatives that support high-risk newborns and their families.

A dedicated educator and researcher, Dr. Kilani has presented nationally and internationally and has authored numerous publications focused on neonatal care.
