Ashley Fischer serves as NICU Operations Director at Onsite Neonatal Partners, where she provides operational leadership and clinical support across the organization’s neonatal programs. In her role, she oversees key aspects of NICU operations, collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams, and helps ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for newborns and their families.

With extensive experience in high-acuity neonatal care, Ashley has been actively involved in the development of simulation-based education, ECMO training programs, and initiatives that support clinical excellence and staff development. She is passionate about fostering collaboration, strengthening care teams, and creating environments where both patients and clinicians can thrive.
