Dr. Bryan Darling is the Director of Neonatology at Shore Memorial Medical Center in Somers Point, New Jersey, with more than 30 years of experience in neonatal care. He has played a key role in advancing family-centered care at Shore, including leading the design of an 18,000-square-foot NICU.
Dr. Darling has helped introduce advanced technologies such as telemedicine, high-frequency jet ventilation, NAVA, and Retcam consultations for ROP evaluations, improving precision in care and reducing the need for newborn transports. He is also a frequent national speaker on neonatal innovation and telehealth, sharing his expertise to support ongoing advancements in care delivery.
Dr. Darling provides on-site care for newborns requiring advanced and specialized support at Shore Medical Center. He works closely with hospital teams to deliver coordinated care while integrating innovative technologies that enhance outcomes and reduce the need for transfers.
