We are seeking a Director of Neonatology to provide on-site care for newborns requiring specialized support at UNC Health Blue Ridge in Morganton, North Carolina. This role includes 24/7 in-house coverage within a Level II NICU, supporting approximately 1,000 annual deliveries.
The Director works closely with hospital teams to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care while supporting quality improvement and program development. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaboration, and consistent support for families.
