Ramzi Kilani, MD

Dr. Ramzi Kilani is the Director of Neonatology at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois, and Executive Director of Clinical Quality at Onsite Neonatal Partners. He is a board-certified neonatologist with decades of experience in neonatal-perinatal medicine across the United States, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Kilani has led the development of neonatal programs, strengthened clinical protocols for high-risk infants, and advanced quality improvement initiatives across diverse healthcare systems. As an educator and internationally published researcher, his work supports evidence-based, family-centered care and continuous improvement in neonatal outcomes.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Kilani enjoys hiking, playing chess, and traveling. He and his wife have raised eight children and are proud grandparents of two. Family remains a central part of his life and continues to inspire the values he carries with him every day.
