Dr. Andrew Barr is the Associate Director of Neonatology at St. Luke's University Hospital, where he is committed to providing exceptional care for the youngest and most vulnerable patients. He completed his medical degree at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, followed by a pediatric residency at Children's Hospital Colorado and a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

Dr. Barr has a special interest in neonatal respiratory failure, lung development, and the use of emerging technologies, including big data and machine learning, to advance neonatal care. Passionate about education and physician leadership, he is dedicated to mentoring future medical professionals while promoting innovation and continuous improvement within the NICU.
