Bryan Darling, MD
Director of Neonatology

Dr. Bryan Darling is the Director of Neonatology at Shore Memorial Medical Center in Somers Point, New Jersey, with more than 30 years of experience in neonatal care. He has played a key role in advancing family-centered care at Shore, including leading the design of an 18,000-square-foot NICU.
Dr. Darling has helped introduce advanced technologies such as telemedicine, high-frequency jet ventilation, NAVA, and Retcam consultations for ROP evaluations, improving precision in care and reducing the need for newborn transports. He is also a frequent national speaker on neonatal innovation and telehealth, sharing his expertise to support ongoing advancements in care delivery.
Outside of work, Dr. Fischer enjoys running, reading, and cheering on her children at sporting events. She values family time and believes that balance and presence, both at home and in the NICU, are essential to creating meaningful and lasting impact.
