Our neonatologists enjoy challenging and rewarding positions that provide true work-life balance so there is always time for your friends, family, and loved ones. We also provide all of our full-time team members with competitive salaries, flexible paid time off, full medical benefits, TAIL coverage and more. A typical full-time schedule requires working only two 24-hour in-house shifts per week, with no on-call commitment.
