Premier Clinical Quality

Our commitment to quality is unmatched

Hospitals leaders choose Onsite Neonatal Partners to deliver incredible quality to patients and create value in their nursery. With a constant focus on quality improvement, Onsite reduces risk; as a result,, improves outcomes for newborns, and streamlines patient management.

Onsite Neonatal ensures every hospital partner is a member of the Vermont Oxford Network (VON), creating local and national benchmarks for NICU and WNB performance. We provide ongoing training to our clinicians to ensure the practice of evidence-based medicine, and create trainings specifically designed for neonatal nursing teams. Our teams invest in local relationships and collaborate with ancillary departments to implement multi-disciplinary QI projects.

Our commitment to quality means our hospital partners retain patients and grow market share by creating the safest possible birthing environments.

Vermont Oxford Network

Each Onsite Partner hospital is a member of the Vermont Oxford Network (VON). VON is a non-profit voluntary collaboration of health care professionals from over 1,300 Neonatal Intensive Care Units around the world.

Together, we are dedicated to improving the quality and safety of medical care for newborn infants and their families. VON maintains a database including information about the care and outcomes of high-risk newborn infants for use in quality management, process improvement, internal audit, and peer review.

Onsite Neonatal and VON memberships:

  • We are committed to external benchmarking for ensuring improvement
  • Each hospital partner is required to be a member
  • Onsite Neonatal pays for all VON memberships
  • All VON data is accessible by leaders at partner hospitals
Every Onsite hospital partner participates in the Vermont Oxford Network to increase quality and improve outcomes for neonates
