We started our OB unit in 1996. One of the prerequisites for having the best OB unit right from the beginning was to have 24-hour a day, in house neonatology coverage. We turned to Dr. Jerry Hric and Onsite Neonatal Partners for that coverage and we’ve been pleased; it was one of the best decisions we made.
As we expanded our nursery from Level One (general care) to Level Two (intensive/special care) last year, he worked with us through that expansion. The intensity of the children we’re caring for and the service he’s provided has increased steadily, and he’s been able to meet the demands of that increase. I believe Onsite Neonatal Partners will be able to fulfill our needs if we move forward to a Level Three nursery as well.
