It is my pleasure and privilege to provide this testimonial letter on behalf of your neonatology group. I have worked with Dr. Hric and his neonatology colleagues for many years since they took over the practice here at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County. They have provided support for the obstetricians and nursing staff here in so many important ways. Foremost, they provide high risk neonatology services 24 hours a day every day of the year. This is not just being available by phone, but presenting themselves to the delivery room, without hesitance, and the complete discretion of the obstetrician. Any potential problem is approached by their group with complete clinical dedication.
Of particular importance to obstetricians is the need for consultation with preterm patients. They will sit and consult with the patient and their family and explain the ramifications of the mom and babys condition. They are never reluctant to transfer if indicated, yet are always encouraging of the obstetricians who try to keep patients at our hospital when at all indicated. They have enhanced the quality of obstetrical care we can offer here, beyond anything we as a department anticipated. I cant tell you how often they are referenced in letters of gratitude sent to me by my patients.
Their enhancements to our hospital go beyond the clinical scenario. When I was president of the medical staff a few years ago, I invited Dr. Hric to be a member of our excecutive committee. We had little pediatric representation at this level, and his involvement was of great benefit to the hospital. He did this willingly, despite his arduous call schedule and demands on his time from administration of his own group. His leadership was at the forefront in developing clinical protocols for both of our departments in the ever-changing world of obstetrics and neonatology. He continues to provide that guidance by attending ob-gyn department meetings and always being available. This is true of every member of his group as well.
I know you will be extremely satisfied with the quality of neonatal services you will receive from Onsite and the people you will receive them from.
