Onsite has provided us with a quality and cost-effective service since the mid-1990s that has really enhanced the program at Lourdes.
Clearly the 24-hour inhouse coverage has provided us with a strength in the eyes of our obstetricians. It is clear that for Dr. Hric and Onsite, patient satisfaction always comes first. Through innovation, they have looked for ways to meet and exceed patients’ expectations, and they have done so successfully.
They do a superb job of communicating, with obstetricians, with nurses and staff on the floor, administration and administrators at all levels. That communication, coupled with excellent planning, produces excellent results in enhancing maternal and child health for us here at Lourdes.
