Dear Dr. Hric and Associates,
We would like to express our gratitude to you and your staff for the dedicated and expert care our twins received after their birth at Kimball Medical Center. You cautiously monitored our son’s health during the first week of his life to ensure that he came home in the best of health. Your accurate diagnosis of our daughter’s infection led to immediate and effective treatment. We are thrilled that she is now joining her brother at home.
No less important to us was the peace of mind we had during this time. We knew that doctors and nurses were available for us and our daughter 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, in layman’s terms, you provided us with explanations and information regarding her condition. We understood and felt at all times that she was receiving outstanding care.
