Our unique model is not only better for newborns. It’s also better for our physicians. Full-time Onsite neonatologists work 8 to 10 24-hour shifts per 4-week block, depending on how they prefer to balance their time and income.

When they leave, they’re off-duty. No beeper. No on-call emergencies at dinner, or midnight. And Onsite physicians enjoy an average of 20 days a month off, with great compensation and benefits.
