Onsite pays our physicians for every hour worked. And compensation is generous.

Generally, Onsite shifts are a standard 24 hours. But if you stay longer to finish a procedure or follow through with a fragile newborn, that extra time is paid as well. Our policy is: if you’re working, you’re paid. No question. No issue.
