Jerome J. Hric, M.D.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Jerry Hric founded Onsite Neonatal in 1996 and has guided the company’s steady growth since as president and CEO.

Dr. Hric attended Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his his Pediatric residency at the University of Florida and finished a Fellowship in Neonatology at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology.

Dr. Hric has held several academic appointments including Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics, as well as the Director of Neonatal Services, at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County; Director of Newborn Services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton; Director of Neonatal Services at CentraState Medical Center; and President of Sleep Diagnostics of NJ Children’s Sleep and Breathing Center in Marlton, NJ.



Karen S. Breuer
President

Karen Breuer brings more than 15 years of health care financial management experience to Onsite. She has been instrumental in creating both financial stability and the opportunity for rapid and sustained growth.

Prior to joining Onsite Neonatal Partners, Inc., Ms. Breuer served for 5 years as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia, a large non-profit provider of home health services.  She was previously Corporate Controller with Premier Research Worldwide (“Premier”) and was instrumental in preparing Premier’s S-1 statement resulting in its 1997 IPO, and eventual listing on NASDAQ.

Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Breuer has managed a wide range of administrative functions including human resources and payroll, purchasing, facilities, quality improvement and information technology.

Ms. Breuer received her Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.  She holds memberships in the Healthcare Financial Managers’ Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.



Cheryl L. Davis, M.D.
Director of Clinical Services

Dr. Cheryl Davis is board certified in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, and brings Onsite more than 20 years of clinical and administrative experience.

Dr. Davis plays a vital role in Onsite’s clinical leadership. She has established multiple systems for ongoing quality assurance, quality improvement and continuing education for our physicians and for NICU staff at our client hospitals.

Dr. Davis obtained her medical degree from the University of Vermont in Burlington.  She completed her Pediatric internship and residency at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York and her Fellowship in Neonatology at the University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  

Dr. Davis has held several university appointments including Visiting Instructor at the University of Michigan and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago.  She has also served administrative appointments as the Medical Director of Normal Newborn Nurseries at Prentice Women’s Hospital in Chicago and as Co-Director of Newborn Nurseries at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County in Willingboro, New Jersey.  Dr. Davis is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and also the Perinatal section of the American Academy of Pediatrics.



Charles (Chuck) Pederson
Vice President, Finance and Administration

Chuck Pederson is a hands-on executive with more than 20 years of broad based expertise in finance and operations. He specializes in leading and improving the infrastructure of an organization for sustained growth and efficiencies.  He ensures that Onsite remains consistent in our ability to support high clinical and client service standards.

Mr. Pederson brings proven abilities overseeing all aspects of a multi-million dollar organization.   His financial leadership experience includes four years as a Financial Systems Consultant where he newly designed all controls and reporting for the fiscal functions at over 10 different organizations. At the executive level, he served four years as the Director of Cost and Management Accounting for a retail optical firm with 92 locations and 100 doctors.  He also functioned as the Director of Information Systems for a mid-size manufacturer with revenues of $90 million.

Mr. Pederson received his Masters of Science degree in Teaching English and his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.



Kathleen L. McDonald, M.D.
Regional Director

As Regional Director for Onsite, Dr. Kathy McDonald is responsible for maintaining and renewing hospital contracts by building hospital-based physician teams who go beyond exceptional clinical care to deliver superior client and patient service.

Dr. McDonald is board-certified in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine with more than 13 years’ experience as a practicing neonatologist.  A cum laude graduate of Denison University, Dr. McDonald obtained her medical degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, in 1984.  She completed her residency training in Pediatrics at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI, where she received the Outstanding Teaching Award, in 1991, and completed her Neonatology fellowship at Women and Infants’ Hospital in Providence, RI, in 1994.

Dr. McDonald served as Attending Neonatologist at Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH, for one year and as Attending Neonatologist at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in Baltimore, MD, from 1995 to 2005.  She joined Onsite in 2005 as Director of Neonatology at Riddle Memorial Hospital in Media, PA, where she was responsible for clinical management and administration in the NICU, the education of nurses, and the supervision of other attending Neonatologists.
