For once, the quality of life you improve…
could be your own.
Working at Onsite gives you control of your time
You save infants’ lives every day. But at what cost to your own? Do unending days, short staffing, on-call rotations and midnight emergency calls affect your family and personal life?
Working for Onsite is different. As a full-time Onsite physician, you’ll work just 48-60 hours per week (your choice)—and all of those clinical hours will be compensated. You’ll also participate in team meetings each month—one in person with the neonatologists at your hospital and one phone conference for all Onsite neonatologists. (These hours are not compensated separately; they are covered in your clinical salary.)
That’s it. The rest of the time, you’re off. And when you’re off, you’re really off—no beeper, no call schedule, no interruptions.
