Neonatology is your mission. Not your charity

Onsite physicians are paid for every hour worked

Early in our careers, physicians get used to working overtime without overtime pay.

Break the habit at Onsite.

Generally, Onsite shifts are a standard 24 hours. But if you stay longer to finish a procedure or follow through to stabilize a newborn, those extra clinical hours are paid.

You can earn extra income, if you want, by covering when colleagues take paid time off. Clinical hours are always paid. Onsite does not expect our physicians to carry extra hours in the hospital without compensation.

We also offer paid time off, paid conference fees and expenses for continuing education, and paid disability, life, health and medical malpractice insurances, including TAIL.

We do expect our physicians to participate in conference calls and occasional meetings, amounting to about 4 hours a month, or 48 hours a year, without special additional compensation. But we feel that compares pretty well to the 10-30 hours of extra time per week demanded by many practices.

In short, it pays to work for Onsite.
